Newton’s Laws of Life: If Newton were a Philosopher 🤔

All of us know Newton’s three Laws of Motion. They largely concern us only when we study physics. But, how are the three laws relevant in our day-to-day lives? What if Newton were a philosopher? Enjoy this new take on the laws of motion –

1. An object which is in motion shall remain in motion, and an object which is at rest shall remain at rest unless an external unbalanced force acts on it.

We want to remain where we are and how we are – for example in our comfy, cozy bed – unless an external force acts on us (alarm clock or mom). It’s important to remember that the apple falls off the tree because it doesn’t move with the branch. If we don’t move with time, we suffer.

2. The rate of change of momentum of an object is directly proportional to the external unbalanced force applied on it and it acts in the direction of the force.

If we are not happy with the way our lives are going, we need to act and change it. The change in our life is directly proportional to the amount of effort we put in, and happens in whatever direction we want it to. Life is what we make it to be.

3. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

Whatever we give to others, we get back ourselves. If we give love, respect, we get equal of it back. Karma never, ever loses an address. Also, whatever vibrations we send out to the universe, we manifest.

So, these are some out-of-the-box interpretations for the laws of motion, which would fetch you no marks in examinations. But they can be a reminder of what life is about, and that is what really matters.
