"Live less out of habit and more out of intent."

In today's day and age, balancing technology and human connection is the need of the hour. We tend to spend a lot of time on our devices, often inadvertently neglecting those around us. There is a lack of mindfulness in our actions, as we perform our tasks while absorbed in form of digital media or the other.

This is a challenge that is unique to our generation and has never been faced before. We must learn how to respond to these problems efficiently. The solutions we look for must also be just as unique.

First of all, we need to realise that technology can never replace the feeling of talking to a loved one. It can never give us that warmth and comfort. We may get an illusion of being heard and understood by the internet, but we are actually living in isolation unless we interact with those around us.

Technology is a very useful tool but a dangerous master. It is imperative that we set some time out of our day to interact with our family, with no devices around. It can be as simple as having meals together, in a technology free dining room.

Little but mindful changes we make in our life and routine can go a long way in making a huge difference in the way we interact with those around us.

Which the speed and precision of computers and AI, and the imagination and emotions of human beings we can reach unfathomable heights. Onwards and upwards!
