This one is for anyone who has ever felt left out, been bullied or not included in a friend group. My heart goes out to you, and once you find the right people for yourself, it will get better. Please always remember, you are loved!

‘What is it like to be ‘normal’, just like everyone else?’ ‘When they don’t raise judging eyebrows, when you’re yourself?’ ‘What’s it like having normal conversations, just smile and laugh?’ ‘What is it like’, she asked me, ‘just being and feeling enough?’'

At first, I was lost for words, but then I said ‘I’ll tell you what it’s like- normal is overrated. You break little by little when you pretend to be who you’re not You can’t really blend in when you were born to stand out

Why be like them? Their normal conversations are a façade They judge you, each-other, themselves- they’re falling apart Some may be genuinely happy, but most play pretend If you try to be who you’re not, it won’t have a happy end’

I told her, ‘Insecurities fuel the desire to pull others down Keep your head up, never should fall your crown Don’t admire them, don’t pity them, just be kind to them anyway Right now, we’re all a little lost, trying to find our way.’
